Volleyball Recap: Gibraltar's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Gibraltar can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They came out on top against Northeastern Wisconsin Lutheran/Providence Academy by a score of 2-0.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Gibraltar took both sets by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-14.

Gibraltar's victory bumped their record up to 5-10. As for Northeastern Wisconsin Lutheran/Providence Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gibraltar will welcome Algoma at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Northeastern Wisconsin Lutheran/Providence Academy, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Oostburg at 7:30 p.m. on October 16.
