Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Point). They were the clear victors by a 41-18 margin over the Chesapeake Panthers on Friday. For the Pointers, this counts as revenge for the 41-26 victory the Panthers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

South Point's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-4. As for Chesapeake, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-7.
