The Norman Tigers will venture away from home to challenge the Yukon Millers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Norman is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.9 goals per game this season.

Norman's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Putnam City West with a sharp 10-0 victory. It was an even better day for Jamilla Burnett as she scored five goals for her team.

Meanwhile, Yukon sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 win over Southmoore on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for Yukon in their matchups with Southmoore: they've now won five in a row.

Yukon's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-5. The road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those four games. As for Norman, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-4.

Norman suffered a grim 4-1 defeat to Yukon when the teams last played back in March of 2024. Can the Tigers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
