Edgewood had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Mount Horeb Vikings 3-0 on Saturday. The victory was nothing new for the Crusaders as they're now sitting on six straight.

Edgewood never let Mount Horeb on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-22, 25-12.

Edgewood had a senior duo take command as Elle Siniscalchi had 16 digs and two aces and Lexi Weyenberg had 12 digs. Siniscalchi has been hot, having posted 13 or more digs the last five times she's played.

Edgewood's win bumped their record up to 26-7. As for Mount Horeb, their loss dropped their record down to 24-10.

Coming up, Edgewood is taking a road trip to face off against Sauk Prairie at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Mount Horeb does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
