            Baseball Recap: Red Bank Lions vs. Rhea County Golden Eagles        
        
		
        
        
            There's no place like home for Red Bank, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  last Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  9-7  victory over the Rhea County Golden Eagles  on Monday. The Lions have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Golden Eagles, too.

  Anyer Alvarez was  excellent,  scoring three  runs while going 2-for-4. He is becoming a predictor of Red Bank's success: when he posts  at  least two  runs the team is 4-1 (and 2-3 when he doesn't). The team also got some help courtesy of  Jack Barkeloo, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
Red Bank's record is now 6-4. As for Rhea County, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record  this season.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Red Bank will square off against Walker Valley at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Red Bank is facing Walker Valley at the right time seeing as Walker Valley is stuck on  a  three-game losing streak. As for Rhea County, they will take on East Hamilton at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. East Hamilton will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  win, something Rhea County surely won't give up without a fight.
