Having struggled with five defeats in a row, Marlboro Central turned things around against SS Seward on Wednesday. They never let SS Seward get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory.

Meanwhile, Wallkill came up short against Pine Bush on Monday, falling 5-1. The loss was Wallkill's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Wallkill fell to 7-1. As for Marlboro Central, their win bumped their record up to 3-5.
