Recap: Balko Bison vs. Forgan Bulldogs
The Balko Bison scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They really took it to Forgan for the full four quarters, racking up a 71-37 victory at home. Balko has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 20 points or more this season.
Emelie Trentham continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 19 points along with six steals and five assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Estrella Martinez was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with five rebounds and five steals.
The victory (which was Balko's third in a row) raised their record to 9-3. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.0 points per game. As for Forgan, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-11.
Balko will face off against Vici at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Vici is hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses. As for Forgan, they will head out on the road to square off against Hooker at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday. Hooker presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Forgan in Oklahoma (Hooker is ranked 95th, while Forgan is ranked 472nd).
