Pinecrest's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Aniya Mcgregor, who scored 12 points along with seven steals and five rebounds, and Stella Apke who scored six points. Mcgregor is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in the last four games she's played.
Lee County now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Pinecrest, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-16 record this season.
Lee County will head out on the road to square off against Richmond at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Richmond will roll in looking for their 14th straight win, something Lee County surely won't give up without a fight. Pinecrest does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
