Northeast Nodaway has gone 8-2 against Union Star recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Northeast Nodaway skirted past Stanberry 45-42. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Blue Jays.

Meanwhile, Union Star took a blow against Princeton on Monday, falling 73-31. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 492nd, while the Tigers are ranked 120th).

Northeast Nodaway has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-9 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.7 points per game. As for Union Star, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-16.
