Calhoun Academy meant business on Friday, getting buckets from all over the court against a Rebels squad that has allowed just 24 points per contest. The Calhoun Academy Cougars snuck past the Briarfield Academy Rebels with a 56-50 win. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Cougars' disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 126th in Mississippi, while the Rebels are ranked 42nd in Louisiana).
