Gainesville gave up the first goal on Friday, but they didn't let that get them down. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Aubrey Chaparrals 2-1. Winning may never get old, but the Leopards sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Erick Ramirez was the driving force of Gainesville's attack as he scored both of Gainesville's goals, bringing his season total up to five goals.

Gainesville's win bumped their record up to 6-2-1. As for Aubrey, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record this season.
