Basketball Recap: Trinity Valley Takes a Loss

Trinity Valley lost against Fort Worth Country Day back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Trinity Valley Trojans lost to the Fort Worth Country Day Falcons at home by a 67-53 margin. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 862nd, while the Falcons are ranked 403rd).

Trinity Valley has traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 15-13 record this season. As for Fort Worth Country Day, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 16-8 record.

Trinity Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fort Worth Country Day, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Fort Worth Country Day Falcons challenge the Episcopal School of Dallas Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Episcopal School of Dallas will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Fort Worth Country Day surely won't give up without a fight.
