Volleyball Recap: Des Moines North Takes a Loss

Des Moines North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Clarke Indians. The Polar Bears were not able to make up for their defeat to the Indians from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Des Moines North's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Clarke, their win bumped their record up to 5-15.

Des Moines North didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Marshalltown on the 30th. Clarke has also already played their next match (against Knoxville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
