Soccer Recap: Eastside Takes a Loss

Eastside lost against Gainesville back in November of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Eastside Rams took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Gainesville Hurricanes. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Eastside's defeat dropped their record down to 3-12-2. As for Gainesville, they pushed their record up to 8-5-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Eastside didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Palatka on the 24th. As for Gainesville, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Springstead at 6:30 p.m. on January 27th.
