Volleyball Preview: Ooltewah Owls vs. Gibbs Eagles        
        
		
             The Ooltewah Owls will face off against the Gibbs Eagles at 9:00  a.m.  on Saturday. Ooltewah is coming into the  contest on  a  four-game losing streak.
 Ooltewah lost  3-0 to East Hamilton on Tuesday.
 Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-16,  25-12.
 Meanwhile,  there's no place like home for Gibbs, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  last Thursday. They put the hurt on Grainger with a sharp  3-0 victory on Thursday.
 The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-19,  25-13.
  Addison Winton went supernova for Gibbs,  getting 16  digs and 23  assists. That high mark didn't come from nowhere:  Winton now  posted 11 or more in the last ten games she's  played dating back to last season.
 Ooltewah's defeat dropped their record down to 6-16. As for Gibbs, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won five of their last six games,  which provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record  this season.
 Ooltewah was able to grind out a solid  win over Gibbs when the teams last played  back in September of 2017, winning  2-0. Will Ooltewah repeat their success,  or does  Gibbs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
