Football Recap: Palmetto Tigers vs. Newsome Wolves

Palmetto gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They blew past the Newsome Wolves 42-20. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wolves, too.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Palmetto to victory, but perhaps none more so than Keyron Jones, who rushed for 90 yards and two touchdowns. Another passer making a difference was Matthew Hennesey, who threw for 186 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 88.2% of his passes.
