Baseball Recap: Palmyra Beats Hershey for Their Fourth Straight Victory

Palmyra won the last time they faced Hershey and things went their way on Tuesday too. Palmyra walked away with a 4-1 victory over Hershey. The Cougars' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Palmyra got a great performance from Jonathan Strohecker as he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Strohecker has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Adam Strohecker, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-3. Jack Hathaway also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Palmyra's record is now 4-0. As for Hershey, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
