Basketball Recap: Prestonwood Christian North vs. First Baptist Saints

After flying high against Garland Christian Academy last Friday, Prestonwood Christian North came back down to earth. Prestonwood Christian North were outmatched by the First Baptist Saints and fell 63-35. First Baptist had a senior duo take command as Georgia Alford almost dropped a double-double on 19 points and nine rebounds and Meredith Quinn went 10 for 14 en route to 22 points and five boards. Quinn has been hot, having posted 16 or more points the last five times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Reagan Vowell, who posted nine points and three steals.

Prestonwood Christian North now has a losing record at 11-12. As for First Baptist, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 23-4.
