Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Midtown). They put the hurt on the McNair Mustangs with a sharp 26-6 win on Thursday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Knights with their most commanding win of the season.

The victory made it two in a row for Midtown and bumps their season record up to 3-5. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 6 points in those games. As for McNair, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Coming up, Midtown will square off against Mays at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. McNair has already played their next matchup (against Lovett), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
