Baseball Recap: Colton Comes Up Short

Colton lost against St. Paul last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Vikings came up short against the Buckaroos, falling 12-1. The matchup marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Colton saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Montgomery Robinson, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double. That double was Robinson's first of the season.

Colton has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season. As for St. Paul, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.
