 Valley Christian can now show off 11 landslide victories after their most recent  matchup  on Monday. They put the hurt on the Florence Gophers with a sharp  10-2 victory. That's more bragging rights for Valley Christian, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
  Taya Clausen spent all seven innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered two  runs (both of which were unearned)  on eight hits and racked up nine Ks.
 At the plate, Valley Christian got a  massive  performance out of  Caymen Ferber, who  went 4-for-4 with four  RBI, a  stolen base,  and a  run. Another player making a difference was  Leigha Kremlacek, who  went 2-for-3 with a  home run and two  runs.
 On Florence's side, they saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Jocelyn Burris, who  went 1-for-2 with a  triple.
 Valley Christian pushed their record up to 13-3 with that  win, which was their 11th straight  on the road dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the  games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 9.3 runs. As for Florence, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost six of their last seven contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record  this season.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Valley Christian will take on American Leadership Academy - Ironwood at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. American Leadership Academy - Ironwood will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  victory, something Valley Christian surely won't give up without a fight. As for Florence, they will play host again  on Friday to welcome Tonopah Valley, where first pitch is scheduled  at 6:00  p.m.
