Volleyball Recap: Ontario Christian Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Ontario Christian can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Kennedy Fighting Irish on Tuesday. Considering the last time the Knights couldn't score was back in March, the team can't take the result too hard.

Ontario Christian took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-18, 27-25.

Ontario Christian's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 19-10. As for Kennedy, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-10 record this season.

Ontario Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Kennedy, they will head out to square off against Redlands at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
