Baseball Recap: Gordon Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Gordon's offense. They came up short against the Windthorst Trojans on Monday, falling 10-0. Having soared to a lofty 20 runs in the game before, the Longhorns' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Gordon's loss dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Windthorst, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 17-7 record this season.

Gordon will take on Union Hill at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Windthorst, they will head out to face off against Henrietta at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
