With a playoff win on the line, Burlington rose to the challenge on Saturday. They snuck past the Caney Valley Bullpups with a 73-67 victory. The win was familiar territory for the Wildcats, who have now won eight matches in a row.

Burlington's victory bumped their record up to 20-3. As for Caney Valley, they moved to 15-4 with that defeat, which also ended their ten-game winning streak.
