Football Recap: Eastern View Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Eastern View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Woodgrove Wolverines, falling 48-27.

Colton Dabkowski was a one-man wrecking crew For Woodgrove. as he threw for 315 yards and five TDs, and also rushed for 110 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only seven carries. Dabkowski showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 56 yards.

Eastern View's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Woodgrove, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Eastern View will head out to take on Liberty at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Cyclones will be up against the Eagles' rather soft defense (which has allowed 33.75 points per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Woodgrove, they will be playing at home against Tuscarora at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
