Gulf Shores strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They strolled past the Pace Patriots with points to spare, taking the game 57-38. The Dolphins pushed the score to 50-25 by the end of the third, a deficit the Patriots cut but never quite recovered from.

Gulf Shores' win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Pace, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Gulf Shores will host Daphne at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Dolphins will be up against the Trojans' rather soft defense (which has allowed 69 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Pace, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against L.E.A.D. Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
