Becker Made His Presence Known in Skyline's 66-22 Win

Starting off the list is Skyline's Payton Becker, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Becker made 17 total tackles.

The victory got Skyline back to even at 3-3. Becker and Skyline will venture away from home to challenge South Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Connor Fowler Puts an End to Fairfield's Losing Streak on Friday

Thanks in part to Connor Fowler, Fairfield said goodbye to their three-game losing streak. Nobody could stop Fowler on Friday as he rushed for 159 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries, and also threw for 57 yards and a touchdown. His longest rush was for an impressive 51 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

The win got Fairfield back to even at 3-3. It'll be Battle of the Birds when Falcons challenges Norwich at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Central Christian Wins Fifth-Straight Thanks to Nathan Reed

Central Christian picked up their fifth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Nathan Reed. Reed turned in nothing short of a gem, throwing for 176 yards and two touchdowns, while also rushing for 32 yards and a touchdown. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making ten total tackles.

For the year, Reed has thrown 16 touchdowns (and and only 3 picks) while averaging 160.8 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 7.17 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 33 rushing yards.

Piercen Huff and Co. Win Fifth in a Row

Piercen Huff was instrumental in extending Central Christian's winning streak to five on Friday. Huff was dynamite, picking up 65 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Brodie Snodgrass Makes It Two for Fairfield
