Basketball Recap: Assumption Takes a Loss

Assumption suffered their biggest loss since February 13th on Monday. They took a blow against the Brusly Panthers, falling 73-43. The defeat continues a trend for the Mustangs in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now lost four in a row.

Assumption's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Brusly, their victory bumped their record up to 8-2.

Assumption didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 60-53 defeat against Central Lafourche on the 17th. As for Brusly, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 75-42 win against Lutcher on the 18th.
