Basketball Recap: Pacific Collegiate Takes a Loss

Pacific Collegiate lost against St. Francis back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Pacific Collegiate Pumas fell 51-38 to the St. Francis Sharks. While losing is never fun, the Pumas can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 998th, while the Sharks are ranked 369th).

Pacific Collegiate's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for St. Francis, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-2.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing King City the next time they take the court. St. Francis will head out to face King City at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Pacific Collegiate will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
