Football Game Preview: Carlson vs. Truman/Kennedy

If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Carlson. They will be playing at home against Truman/Kennedy at at 7:00 PM on Friday. Truman/Kennedy will need to watch out since Carlson have now posted big point totals in their last six contests.

Carlson had enough points to win and then some against Allen Park last Friday, taking their game 47-29.

Meanwhile, after having lost a blowout in their match two weeks ago against Trenton, Truman/Kennedy were happy to find some success. Truman/Kennedy captured a comfortable 52-32 victory over Lincoln Park.

Their wins bumped Carlson to 5-1 and Truman/Kennedy to 2-4. Given their high-scoring efforts against their previous opponents, it will be interesting to see how far up these teams can run up the score.
