It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Pulaski County ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They won by a run and slipped past the Casey County Rebels 5-4. The win was some much needed relief for the Maroons as it spelled an end to their six-game losing streak.

Pulaski County's victory bumped their record up to 11-20-2. As for Casey County, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 17-16.

As of now, neither Pulaski County nor the Rebels have any future games scheduled.
