Softball Game Preview: Genoa-Kingston Cogs vs. Sullivan Redskins

The Genoa-Kingston Cogs will face off against the Sullivan Redskins at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Genoa-Kingston came up short against Quincy Notre Dame on Friday, falling 18-3. The Cogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Arielle Rich made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Meanwhile, Sullivan lost 11-1 to Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg on Friday.

Sullivan's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Genoa-Kingston, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
