Volleyball Recap: Citrus Hill Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Citrus Hill lost against Tahquitz back in August, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Hawks came up short against the Titans, falling 3-0. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-18, 25-15.

Tahquitz's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Marley Tuliau, who had 17 kills, six digs, four blocks, and two aces. Tuliau is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had six or more in each of the last 18 games she's played dating back to last season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaden Gonzalez, who had 27 assists and 15 digs.

Citrus Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Tahquitz, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-9 record this season.

Citrus Hill and Tahquitz will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Hawks are set to take on their familiar foe Vista del Lago at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Tahquitz will challenge rival Temescal Canyon at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
