Basketball Recap: Lancaster Comes Up Short

Lancaster lost to Southwestern back in January of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Flying Arrows took a 66-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats.

Lancaster has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-4 record this season. As for Southwestern, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lancaster will challenge Dodgeville at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Southwestern, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Mineral Point at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
