Preview: Genesee Bulldogs vs. Kamiah Kubs
Genesee is 1-9 against Kamiah since January of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Saturday. The Genesee Bulldogs will be playing at home against the Kamiah Kubs at 5:30 p.m. The timing isn't great for Genesee: they have been struggling with 11 straight losses at home, while Kamiah has snatched up four consecutive wins on the road.
Genesee suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Tuesday. They were outmatched by Potlatch at home and fell 68-33. Genesee has not had much luck with Potlatch recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
Seth Vestal was Genesee's leading scorer, having posted eight points.
Meanwhile, Kamiah earned a 50-40 victory over Prairie on Thursday.
Genesee's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Kamiah, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.
