Basketball Recap: West Allis Hale Comes Up Short

West Allis Hale lost against Wauwatosa West back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The West Allis Hale Huskies had to suffer through a 86-50 loss at the hands of the Wauwatosa West Trojans. The game was over by the end of the first half, with no points scored by either team from that point forward.

West Allis Hale has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.3 points per game. As for Wauwatosa West, their victory bumped their record up to 8-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Allis Hale will square off against Wauwatosa East at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Wauwatosa East's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven contests. As for Wauwatosa West, they will take on Marquette University at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
