Pennfield is a perfect 3-0 against Charlotte since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Panthers will take on the Orioles at 4:00 p.m. Pennfield will be strutting in after a victory while Charlotte will be coming in after a loss.

On Tuesday, Pennfield needed a bit of extra time to put away Coldwater. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Cardinals 6-5. The victory was just business as usual for the Panthers, who after three games remain undefeated this season.

Meanwhile, Charlotte wound up with the same score they had in their last game (4-1), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time.

Charlotte saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ethan Cheyne, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base.

Pennfield's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Charlotte, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.

Pennfield took their victory against Charlotte in their previous meeting back in April of 2022 by a conclusive 9-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
