Meanwhile, Anderson can bid farewell to their three-match losing streak thanks to their match on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over Lassen. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Anderson had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 23-25, 27-25, 25-16, 25-17.

Central Valley's loss was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-26. As for Anderson, their victory bumped their record up to 11-20.
