Basketball Recap: North Stokes Comes Up Short

North Stokes was the 59-35 winner over Mount Airy when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The North Stokes Vikings fell 57-45 to the Mount Airy Granite Bears on Wednesday.

North Stokes' loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Mount Airy, the victory got them back to even at 7-7.

North Stokes will host Elkin at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mount Airy, they are taking a road trip to take on East Wilkes at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
