Basketball Recap: Gateway Legacy Christian Academy Starts off Right with Win over Veritas Christian Academy

Gateway Legacy Christian Academy took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Veritas Christian Academy Eagles 66-39.

Looking ahead, Gateway Legacy Christian Academy is taking a road trip to challenge Quincy at 7:00 p.m. on the 29th. As for Veritas Christian Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on St. Louis Christian HomeSchool K at 6:30 p.m. on December 2.
