Football Game Preview: McHenry Warriors vs. Huntley Red Raiders + How To Watch

McHenry is 0-10 against Huntley since October of 2015 but things could change on Friday. The Warriors will square off against the Red Raiders at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

McHenry came into this matchup off a tough 35-point defeat last Friday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of Hampshire by a score of 19-17 on Friday.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 34 points the game before, Huntley was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They fell 20-7 to Central. The game marked the Red Raiders' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

McHenry's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Huntley, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

McHenry was dealt a bruising 44-0 defeat at the hands of Huntley when the teams last played back in September of 2024. Can the Warriors avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
