Volleyball Recap: La Porte Slicers vs. Lake Central Indians
La Porte was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Lake Central Indians. The Slicers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Indians from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-16, 25-14.
La Porte's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Lake Central, they pushed their record up to 11-2 with the victory, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. La Porte will head out to face off against Kouts at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lake Central, they will venture away from home to take on Boone Grove at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
