Rowe was handed a 26-point loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 37-35 win over the Sharyland Rattlers. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Rattlers back in December of 2025, they had to take a 37-35 defeat.

Despite the loss, Sharyland still got an impressive performance from Donovan Lyons, who shot 43% from the field to rack up 14 points and eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Shawn Ho, who posted five points.

Rowe moved to 15-16 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Sharyland, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-12.

Coincidentally, Rowe and Sharyland will both be playing Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest the next time they take the court. The Rattlers will head out to face the Javelinas at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Warriors will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
