Andrews has gone a perfect 10-0 against Highlands recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Wildcats will take on the Highlanders in a holiday battle at 8:00 p.m. Andrews is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 62.2 points per game this season.

Andrews is headed into the game after thoroughly thrashing Nantahala: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Wildcats blew the Hawks out of the water with an 87-40 final score. Given the Wildcats' advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 185th, while the Hawks are ranked 485th) , the win on Tuesday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Andrews' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Levi Clark, who went 7-for-13 on his way to 15 points along with seven boards and five assists. Another player making a difference was Logan Shuler, who shot 54% from the field en route to 18 points in addition to five assists and five rebounds.

They weren't the only ones working in the assist department: Andrews was working as a unit and finished the game with 31 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in January.

Meanwhile, Highlands was beaten by Swain County 79-42 on Monday. The Highlanders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The victory made it two in a row for Andrews and bumps their season record up to 4-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.0 points over those games. As for Highlands, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.

Andrews strolled past Highlands in their previous meeting back in November by a score of 58-39. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
