Basketball Recap: Hinsdale Central Takes a Loss

Hinsdale Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They came up short against the Mount Morris Blue Devils, falling 60-34. If the Bobcats were looking for revenge after losing 64-37 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Hinsdale Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Mount Morris, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Hinsdale Central and Mount Morris could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps New York Rankings. Hinsdale Central (ranked 851st) will meet Cuba-Rushford (ranked 321st) at 6:00 p.m. on February 11th. Meanwhile, Mount Morris will square off against Geneseo at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday down 497 places (595 vs. 98).
