Basketball Recap: Pinecrest Academy Victorious

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Pinecrest Academy had no problem doing just that on Friday. They managed a 38-33 victory over the Konos Academy Condor. For the Paladins, this counts as revenge for the 35-28 win the Condor walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2023.

Pinecrest Academy's victory bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Konos Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 11-9.

Looking ahead, Pinecrest Academy will take on Valor Christian at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday. Valor Christian will roll in looking for their 13th straight win, something Pinecrest Academy surely won't give up without a fight. Konos Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
