Football Game Preview: Lutheran vs. Jennings

On Friday Jennings will take on Lutheran at 7:00 PM. Jennings have bulldozed their previous four opponents, so Lutheran might have their hands full.

Jennings put the finishing touches on their 6th blowout victory of the season last Friday. They steamrollered Affton 50-10. Jennings were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

Meanwhile, if Lutheran were riding high off their 54-6 takedown of Bishop DuBourg/Hancock two weeks ago, that ride came to an abrupt end. Lutheran fell to St. Clair 34-42.

Jennings's win lifted them to 6-2 while Lutheran's loss dropped them down to 6-2. We'll find out if Jennings can add another positive mark to their record or if Lutheran can shake off the defeat and take the spring out of Jennings's step.
