Basketball Recap: Houlton Takes a Loss

Houlton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 60-19 defeat at the hands of the Caribou Vikings. The Shiretowners were not able to make up for their loss to the Vikings from their previous meeting back in January.

Houlton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Caribou, their win ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-0.

Houlton will venture away from home to challenge Presque Isle at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Caribou, they will welcome Old Town at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
