If Saint Thomas Aquinas wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Coleman, they should've done a better job of containing Kolton Peters. The Cougars put the hurt on the Cavaliers with a sharp 58-38 win on Tuesday with plenty of help from Peters, who went 6-for-9 on his way to 16 points along with eight assists and eight boards. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 47.8% field goal percentage.

Coleman's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Saint Thomas Aquinas, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Coleman is set to square off against their familiar foe Lena at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Saint Thomas Aquinas will face off against rival Crivitz at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
