Exeter-Milligan/Friend came tearing into Tuesday's contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Lawrence-Nelson Raiders. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bobcats also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Exeter-Milligan/Friend's got stronger as the match went on, holding Lawrence-Nelson to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-9, 25-6.

Kaydence Haase paced Exeter-Milligan/Friend's offense, picking up 16 kills. Haase got some help from Reese Tuttle and her 26 assists. Haase also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Taylin Schluter, racking up four apiece.

Exeter-Milligan/Friend's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Lawrence-Nelson, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 1-4.

Exeter-Milligan/Friend will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Sutton at 7:00 p.m. on the 23rd. As for Lawrence-Nelson, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Deshler on the 11th.
